Continuous Improvement
Over a decade's development, Haohua Industry already owned a full set of normative Quality Assurance System(QAS)and Quality Control Procedure (QCP). We organized a Interior Audit Team of QAS to strengthen daily supervision & look-over, normalize hypervisor and satisfy the requirement of continuous improvement. We constituted a series of key QCP for main processes to ensure our steady high quality products as per QAS's demand.
We have one Direct Reading Spectrometer (imported from Germany), one Impact Testing Machine, two Universal Material Testing Machines, two Metallographic Microscopes, one Hardness Tester, two portable Infrared Spectrometers and some relative advanced testing & inspection instruments. Also we have four sets of Eddy Current Tester, one set of four-channel Ultrasonic Tester, one set of six-channel Ultrasonic Tester.
The super capacity of accurate temperature auto-control by Germany LOI Atmosphere Controlled Normalizing & Tempering Furnace (a worldwide top-ranking brand) and Atmosphere Controlled Bright Normalizing Furnace, supply powerful guarantee on material internality quality, and lay the foundation for manufacturing base of high quality steel tubes & pipes.
