Precision Seamless Steel Tubes for Automobiles
The products are used for control rod ,shock absorber, transmission shaft, steering axle, front and rear axle, stabilizer rod, muffler and replacement parts for varieties of middle and high class carsand business cars.
The products can be ordered according to customers’ design requirements, Main steel gardes:10-45,16Mn,20Cr,15CrMo,35GrMo,27CD4,CK35,SAE1035,25Mn2,St.52, SAE8617H,etc
These tubes are manufactured according to DIN 73000. All aspects such as mechanical properties and dimension tolerances highly conform to the requirements of diesel engine tube. In view of oil tube’s special quality requirements, we use high quality tube blank DIN2391 ST30Al, ST35, ST37, ST45, ST55 from Xingcheng steel or Bao steel which is better in mechanical properties regarding elongation rate, tensile strength, especially high pressure resistance.
